Effect: Oily sludge treatment

Principle: The low temperature sludge is sent into the HSPU through the hopper. The sludge entering the HSPU box is heated by the steam coil, and it is stirred by the electric drive mixer on the side of the box. Hydraulically driven traction chain scrapes sediment, petroleum and other heavier slag out of the box. A vibrating screen separates large sediment particles from fine sand and liquid.

Project location: Zhejiang
Project content: Treatment of bilge sludge of ocean cruise ships. The design process is mainly based on centrifugal separation combined with physical and chemical methods. The project attaches great importance to the pretreatment of oily sludge, ensuring that the oil content in the effluent water is less than 5%, the oil content in the residue is less than 2%, and the oil recovery rate is greater than 85%.
