Filter Press

McWong Filter Press is an elaborately designed sludge-dewatering machine. Integrative design is adopted and various types of products are provided. According to the different demand of customers, McWong Filter Press is divided into automatic press and semi-automatic press. But the semi-automatic press is also easy to operate, needing only one person. The filtering chamber of Mcwong Filter Press differs from 7L to 8.4m³ , having almost 30 different types. There are four different filtering plates which are gasketed plate, non-gasketed plate, membrane plate and separate body plate. There are also dozens of filtering cloth types such as multifilament polypropylene filter cloth, polypropylene Mono/ multifilament filter cloth, polypropylene Monofilament filter cloth and Fancy twill weave filter cloth. It's just because that McWong Filter Press combines different filtering materials with different filtering plates that McWong Filter Press wins a good fame in sludge and materials dewatering field.

Operation principles
The sludge or other materials are squeezed into the filter press by feeding pump, after filtered by the filtering cloth. The solid is intercepted and squeezed into cakes.

Work processes
The work processes of McWong Filter Press include the following: close the plate-feed and filter-central sludge core strip-air sweep-air dry-open the plate-unload the sludge cake. If the membrane plate is adopted, compression process should be added. There are several processes can be selected, which are high-press cloth washing, acid washing, precoat operation and so on.

System component
The basic component of McWong Filter Press is frame, filtering plate, liquor press system (air driven or electricity driven), plate-removing machine (semi-automatic or automatic), materials feeding and air sweeping pipe and valve system (manual or automatic), control system (manual, semi-automatic or PLC automatic) and safety guard system (light screen or stop instantly and restart system).

Optional parts: high pressure cloth washer, bomb bay door, steel platform and the ladder, dry cake hopper.

The basic component of dewatering system: the mainframe, sludge feeding pump skid, air compressor skid, pipes and valves, PLC control panel, etc.

Optional parts of dewatering system: high pressure cloth cleaning pump skid (the control system and the water reservoir attached), central control system, acid washing system (the control system attached), precoating system (the control system attached), pipe mixer or sludge mixing box, dosage and dosing system (lime, iron salt and macromolecule flocculation), dry sludge conveyer (screw conveyer, belt conveyer and automatic loading/unloading dry cake hopper).
