NP Series Belt Press

Performance
The main dewatering roller is designed in poriferous type. The high-quality belt can realize dewatering quickly. The gradually smaller arrangement of rollers and the gradually changing of belt contacting angle ensure the best combination of pressure and shear, which largely increase the solid content and the dewatering efficiency.

Structure
In NP series belt press, water is removed by two belts squeezing. A Gravity Separation Zone is set in front of the common-pressure dewatering zone. This unique design not only increases the dewatering efficiency, but also decreases the chemical medicament consumption and the energy consumption.

Characters
Tightening of belt is realized by air chamber which is filled with air. So the belt is maintained at a constant tension. A pneumatic control system is set to detect the location of belt on roller and correct the departure automatically. Besides, the broad-belt machine is equipped with automatic sludge feeding device to ensure that the sludge goes into the belts well proportioned, which increases the filtering efficiency and prolongs the lifetime of the belts.
